Home Recording Academy Alumni Community
Terms & Conditions
As of August 25th, 2023, The Female DIY Musician will step back from offering ongoing live support and moderation in the Home Recording Academy Alumni Community. However, having created, built and nurtured this community over the last three+ years, we are keen to ensure it stays a safe, positive and constructive space for it’s members.
Therefore, we have appointed two volunteer moderators from the community who will oversee the group and have created the below terms and conditions in order to retain the group’s quality and also protect our name and brand.
PLEASE NOTE
In remaining a member of the Home Recording Academy Alumni Facebook community you automatically agree to the terms below.
If you do not agree to these terms you can choose to leave this community and if you violate these terms, you understand that this will result in your being removed from the community with immediate effect.

WHAT WILL CHANGE FROM AUGUST 25TH
While The Female DIY Musician will no longer be active moderators inside the community, we will remain an Admin and reserve the overall right to terminate this community at any point. This right will be explicitly actioned if multiple people repeatedly violate the group rules outlined below.
You understand that come August 25th, 2023, the community name will be changed to ‘HRA Alumni {Student Led Community}’ and the Home Recording Academy / Female DIY Musician branding will be removed.
New Home Recording Academy Alumni students will not be referred to this community by The Female DIY Musician and it will be the community’s moderator’s responsibility to decide on whether to approve new members.
