1. PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION

Isobel Anderson Services Ltd. (Company number: 15458717, registered in England and Wales) referred to herein as “Isobel Anderson Services Ltd.” or the “Company”, agrees to provide access to the following digital programmes:

• The Music Income Booster
• 3 Time Hacks to Actually Make Your Music Happen

(together referred to as the “Programme”) as part of the January Closing Down Sale, as specified at the point of purchase via the online checkout.

By purchasing or accessing the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Company’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference.

2. PROGRAMME ACCESS AND DELIVERY

2.1 Programme Area
The Company will provide access to a secure online Programme Area which may include video, audio, and written lessons, templates, worksheets, checklists, slide decks, and other educational resources.

Access to the Programme Area will be provided for a maximum period of six months from the date the January Closing Down Sale ends. The final date of access will be clearly stated on the sales page and inside the customer dashboard.

During this access period, you may download the materials for your own personal use. References to “lifetime access” mean lifetime access to downloaded materials on your own devices, not indefinite access to the online Programme Area.

2.2 Support
During the access period, the Company will provide an email address for technical support relating solely to access or downloading of Programme materials.

​

No educational, creative, business, or feedback support is provided. The Programme is strictly self-paced and self-directed.

​

3. FEES AND PAYMENT

​

All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.

The Programme is available on a one-time payment basis only. No payment plans are offered. Payment is processed securely via a third-party payment provider.

4. REFUND POLICY

​

Due to the digital nature of the Programme and the immediate access to downloadable content, all sales made during the January Closing Down Sale are final.

By purchasing, you expressly acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to digital content and that your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 is waived once access is granted.

No refunds, exchanges, or credits are available once access has been provided, except where required by law.

5. DISCLAIMER AND NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

The Programme is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Isobel Anderson and Isobel Anderson Services Ltd. do not provide legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, accounting, or business management advice. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, earnings, employment, or professional success.

You are solely responsible for how you apply the information provided.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

​

You agree not to share, distribute, or disclose Programme content or proprietary materials with any third party. All materials are confidential and intended for individual use only.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

​

All Programme content remains the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.

Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Subject to the above, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from use of the Programme.

The Programme is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. TERMINATION

​

The Company may terminate access if you breach these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

​

The Company shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control.

​

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. MODIFICATIONS

​

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of purchase shall apply to your order.
