TERMS & CONDITIONS

By making this purchase you understand that it relates to the Speak Up!, A Live 4-week online programme, taking place from Mat 5-30, 2025 only.

All of these terms and conditions were stated clearly when you purchased a place on Speak Up! in the section underneath the box that reads 'I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this page as follows'.

You will only have been able to complete your purchase if you ticked this box (see an example of the checkout form below).

This acts as a legally binding contract between yourself and Girls Twiddling Knobs / Isobel Anderson Services Ltd.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

Your purchase grants you admission to the Speak Up! Facebook community, moderated by Girls Twiddling Knobs, until Friday, May 30th, after which the group will be archived. You will also be granted access to Speak Up! course hub hosted on Kajabi, where you will find information on the 4 weeks of Live workshop replays, scheduled from May 5-30 on Tuesdays at 7pm BST, with details including and Zoom link to join Live and replays to watch later.

Your access to the course hub will be ongoing and grant you access to any future content updates. However in the instance where the course is discontinued, you will be give three months notice to download all training materials inside before the hub is archived or taken down. This is what is meant by 'Lifetime Access'.

Furthermore, as part of your purchase, you will receive exclusive bonuses, as they are listed on the Speak Up! registration page. All bonuses will be accessible inside the Speak Up! course hub by May 30th, though some may appear before this date.

THIS IS A LIVE EVENT

You acknowledge that your ticket purchase grants you access to a LIVE online event taking place from May 5-30. Therefore, Live student and community support will cease thereafter. Training replays will be accessible inside your Speak Up! course hub on Kajabi.

It is your responsibility to participate in the Speak Up! workshops and access the four weeks of support in real-time, or view the replays in your own time thereafter. Failure to do so will result in no refunds unless your request aligns with the Refund Policy outlined below.

COMMUNITY RULES

You also acknowledge the necessity of complying with the rules of the Facebook community group. Failure to do so may result in your removal, leading to a loss of access to the resources within, including training videos. No refund will be issued in such a circumstance.

REFUNDS

If you would like to request a refund for this purchase, simply email info@femalediymusician.com by 11:59 pm GMT on May 5 and we will happily issue a no questions asked, full refund. As this is a Live event, no refunds will be issued after this date.
