YOU'RE INVITED TO
Speak Up!
MAY 5-30, LIVE ONLINE
A 4-week live assertiveness group programme for women helping you speak with confidence, set clear boundaries and get the respect your deserve.
This has been the missing link in my music and my life.
These assertiveness skills are the answer to all my misunderstandings and soul aching. A massive thank you for making a programme on this!"
- ELIN
Tired of being "easy to work with" while your needs get ignored?
You’re not imagining it. In studios, rehearsal rooms, green rooms, meetings—women in music are often expected to be accommodating, agreeable, and easy-going.
The result? Underpaid gigs. Creative input dismissed. Burnout. Silence where your power should be.
It’s time to change that.
Speak Up! is a practical, supportive live group programme for women in music who want to:
-
Set clear boundaries without guilt
-
Communicate confidently in difficult conversations
-
Say no without spiralling
-
Ask for what they need and actually get it
And the best part? You don’t have to become someone you’re not. You’ll learn how to be assertive in your own voice, with kindness and confidence.
I was feeling so under confident with what I was trying to achieve in my music.
But Isobel's holistic, empowering and nurturing approach is really special and left me feeling energised, confident, capable, and it's completely transformed my view of the coming year.
- Ellie Laycock

Before, I was surrounded by male musicians who told me what to do. After working with Isobel, I have complete ownership over my music and I feel like the sky's the limit!
- MARIANNE BAL
I’ve lived the silence.
I know what it’s like to shrink in rooms I deserved to fill—to over-explain, undercharge, or stay quiet when something didn’t feel right. In music, we’re often taught that being easy-going is the only way forward.
But I’ve learned that your voice—clear, boundaried, unapologetic—isn’t a problem. It’s a power.
This Live, interactive group programme is here to help you reclaim it. Not by changing who you are, but by coming home to yourself.
You don’t need permission to take up space. You already belong here.
So, are you ready to Speak Up!?
